Bella256 Boutique does not currently accept insurance. Many insurance plans, including Medicare, provide coverage for mastectomy bras and post-surgical garments with a valid prescription. Coverage amounts and replacement frequency can vary depending on your plan.

We gently guide you through the review process so you understand your benefits before your appointment. You are not expected to figure this out alone.

Most women can be fitted once healing has progressed and your physician gives clearance. This timing is different for everyone, and we encourage you to move at your own pace.
If you are unsure whether it is the right time, we are happy to talk through your situation and help you decide what feels comfortable and appropriate for your stage of recovery.

If you plan to use insurance benefits, a prescription from your physician is required. If you are paying out of pocket, a prescription may not be necessary, unless you seek reimbursement.
