How Long Does The Hair Last?

Treat this hair as your own. With proper care and maintenance the hair can last 12 months and longer.

How Do I Maintain My Hair?

1.  Carefully wash the hair with sulfate free shampoo at least weekly.
2.  Apply leave-in conditioner.
3. Do not vigorously rub the hair.
4. Use soft bristle brush/wide tooth comb for styling.
5. ALLOW hair to air dry.
6. Do not sleep on wet hair.
7. Twist, braid, or plait hair before bed.
8. Sleep in a satin cap.
9. use Heat Protectant when applying heat.

How Much Hair Do I Need?

Standard Measurements are used for stocked or ready made units. These units are for buyers with S-M-L head sizes.

We will not accept returns or provide refunds due to standard/ready to ship units not fitting properly, or if it does not produce the look you wanted for yourself. Please use the guide below to take your measurements.

Custom Wig Units

Custom orders are made especially for you according to your head/cap measurements; therefore, returns are not accepted. We recommend that you take your measurements carefully to ensure that your custom order fits correctly.

*Wig Consultations (virtual/ in-person) are required for ALL custom units before construction begins. There is a $50 Nonrefundable Service Fee that is required. The Service Fee goes towards your custom unit purchase if you schedule and keep your consultation within 2 weeks. The $50 is nonrefundable if the consultation is not completed within the 2 weeks of the deposit being made.

How Long is the Production Time?

Please allow 7-14  business days for production of custom orders. If you have any questions pertaining to the custom order, please feel free to contact us.

How to Schedule a Wig Consultation?

Virtual Wig Consultations are completed via Facebook Private Messenger or Zoom. You must schedule your wig consultation here at Bella256boutiquevirtualwigconsultation.as.me/ or contact us directly. Once the consultation is scheduled you will receive confirmation of the appointment.

You will receive a wig form via email within 24 hours that is required for your order to be completed upon delivery. This form will outline the details of your wig order.

How to Obtain Wig Measurements?

We will guide you via video conference on how to obtain your measurements. Please allow approx. 30 minutes for your consultation,as this is very critical for the the construction of your custom unit.

How to Prepare For My Wig Consultation?

*A tape measure is required. Our lace wig measurements are made in inches.

For your consultation, your hair must be prepared the same way you would have it right before applying the wig. Make sure your hair is all pinned up, braided or lying flat (with or without a wig cap). This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours. If this is not performed, you will be asked to reschedule  your consultation.

Do not stretch the tape measure tape when measuring. * When measuring, place your measuring tape outside of your natural hairline. Each measurement will be taken 3 times to ensure accuracy.

How Are Custom Units Made?

We use dome  and/or ventilated caps (our preference).  All of our units are constructed on a sewing machine which enhances longevity and durability of the unit.  Each unit will include an elastic band. Please inform is if you have a latex allergy. Wig combs are customer preference.

All sales on our products are Final, Nonrefundable and cannot be Exchanged due to the nature of the product and service!
